To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The original packaging should be intact.
• Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on returning the item.
• Ensure to arrange a recorded and signed-for delivery through Royal Mail.
• Affix a safety sticker on the package for secure handling during transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We are not able to refund you unless we receive the package and approve the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
